At Manna Singh, we are committed to providing a professional and transparent booking experience for all live performances, including Sufi Nights, Bhajan Sandhya, weddings, corporate events, festivals, private celebrations, and international shows. All bookings are confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received, and the selected event date is reserved exclusively for the client. Advance payments are collected to cover event planning, scheduling, artist availability, and performance preparation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund after applicable administrative charges, while cancellations within 30 days may result in the forfeiture of the advance payment, and cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable. In the rare event that Manna Singh is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the performance, arrange a suitable alternative where possible, or refund the advance payment if rescheduling cannot be arranged. If an event is postponed, we will try to accommodate the new date based on availability, and additional charges may apply for revised arrangements. No refunds will be issued once the performance has been successfully completed. Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, and both parties will work together to reschedule whenever possible. Any payment-related concerns should be reported within seven (7) days of the transaction for review.
